Urgent – WooCommerce – Thank you page

Hi, After somebody places order, the page is getting redirected to My-Account page, instead of thank you or order received page.  Users are getting confused and they are complaining that they are unable to know if their order was processed or not. Can you please let me know how to fix it? Thank you Thiru

This is really weird. WPLMS does not interfere in WooCommerce functioning. If you want us to check we need site url as well as admin credentials to check the issue, Also try contacting woocommerce support on this.

I checked your site and found your theme to be outdated .There are many features and supports to other plugin that are added in wplms . Since now wplms has been changed completely from version 1.7.5 i would recommend you to  create a copy setup of your site(a test setup) and try updating this test setup so that your live site does not crash of you try to update your site . Please update the plugin and the theme together to avoid conflicts . please also refer this topic for the test setup : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/how-to-create-wp-staging-environment/

Hello I have a question also, everything seems setup well, however, after paypal payment is made, nothing occurs -  it just stays on the paypal page. the user account etc works, however, the customer doesn't have access to the course till the admin manually approves it. How do we make sure that once payment is processed the user account is created and they have immediate access to the course they paid for?   Thanks

Please note that the payment process is completely handled by the woocommerce and it  usually redirects user to the thankyou page . Please try contacting the woocommerce support forums on this  and also try deactivating the third party plugins .
