VideoVibe upload video in very tedious way

We have 16 courses and one album for each course and each album(course) contains 100 videos to embed a video in a unit of course for a single course we have to load the same album 100 times, search the video It should be case that for same course, album should be loaded once

Well for now yes you have to click on the vimeo library tab adn then it will load albums and all coz wordpress media popup shows the media libraray by default and also switching tab make a iframe request again to load the respective content  .
