Vimeo Video Embed Frame Rate

So problem is i uploeaded video from vimeo with vibeshorcode maker its embeded well but video's frame rate is really slow when its windowed mode when i press the full screen frame rate become normal so how can i solve this problem im gonna share link and passwords of my site

Well this is not under our control . The video stream is coming from vimeo .Please contact vimeo support on this.
