Well both these videos are embedded differently .
The big one seems to be using video unit type init by a our player and the other one is iframe embed code from old units I guess .
This is why both seem different .
You either need to change those old units to new one (manually) or change new one to old one to have uniformity.

that could not be possible if you used a new video unit type it should show uniformly .
Please share the two units for which you created same but they are not showing uniformly?
