November 3, 2017 at 12:07 am #134573youngbalSpectatorI'm using woocommerce membership. The problem is : Although a user finished the course, he doesn't get "course finished" but "continue course". For products without membership plan, "course finished" button normally appears. But for products with membership plan, "continue course" button appears though a user finished the course. Please Help me!!!November 3, 2017 at 1:38 pm #134631Anshuman SahuKeymasterYup your observation is correct .this is an issue ,please share your valid ftp credentials to fix this up at your end . Appreciate your being kind to a customer. Finally "course finished" problem is solved. Thanks. But I have another problem. Remaining time in course details does not match with membership plan length. For example, I have one course with a few different membership plans. (10-day plan / 30-day plan / 60-day plan) However, the following results are displayed. (1) If course duration is 9999 days -----> remaining time : unlimited access (2) If course duration is 5 days -----> remaining time : 5 days Ultimately the given membership plans do not work properly. I don't know whether it is a bug or it is a wrong setting. Help me once more please !!!November 8, 2017 at 2:17 pm #135185Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell please give me some time to check this . Meanwhile please share the course url in which this issue is appearing . NOTE : it wont affect the flow ,if membership gets expired user will remove access of that course .November 9, 2017 at 6:06 am #135259youngbalSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.November 9, 2017 at 1:56 pm #135366Anshuman SahuKeymasterThanks for sharing the details . I debugged it but could not find any reason behind this . Will debug it again . please provide me some more time .November 14, 2017 at 5:45 am #135848youngbalSpectatorThank you for taking care of my question. I have waited quite a long time. I know that you are doing the best possible. Help me please.November 14, 2017 at 1:06 pm #135921Anshuman SahuKeymasterYes again I debugged it today .I came to conclusion that the issue is not appearing from wplms woocommerce memberhsips addon . There is something that runs and resetting the duration of the course just on course finish . Might be reset course is initiated on course finish . did you added some custom code for this purpose in past?November 14, 2017 at 3:51 pm #135939youngbalSpectatorNow there is no custom CSS related to this problem. In past, before using woocommerce membership add-on, I had used "woocommerce Checkout Page With PmPro membership." URL: https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/using-woocommerce-checkout-page-with-pmpro-membership/ According to this URL, I embeded the code into "wplms customizer.php" Later I recognized that woocommerce membership add-on was available. So deleting the code in "wplms customizer.php", I installed woocommerce membership add-on. Afterwards I am using woocommerce membership instead of pmpro-woocommerce addon. Thank you for your efforts in many ways. Alex!!!!!! I'm a Korean instructor.
