Would Like to change word 'Course' to 'Project'

Throughout the application, the word 'course' is used a bunch, I would like to have the wherever the word 'course' is replaced with 'project'. Is that possible? What is the best way to make sure that wherever the word 'course' is changed, and also some other phrases like 'Take this course' to 'Do this project' and those instances? Is there any guided way you can show or tell me how to do this?   Thanks, Joseph DePompeis
