We are updating 3.9.9 theme to your site. Still in progress..July 18, 2020 at 1:58 pm #275559Scott LangModeratorWe have updated the 3.9.9 theme into your site.July 18, 2020 at 6:59 pm #275621kenetorkParticipantI tried updating the theme using the new update 4.0.1, I noticed a different WPLMS plugin, and AGAIN after deactivating the Vibe Old Plugins the issue happened again, please take a look, I am having the same depuration issue for WP, my site is down again, this updating process is being problematic, those plugins should be uninstalled by your wizard automatically or something, I tried again deactivating it 1 by 1 and now this happens, this is not smooth and a huge issue considering that I already have a LIVE site with clients. Please take a look at the website, same issue again! Really worried about it, because I just can't just rely on you updating this theme for my live site, if something go wrong my clients will be mad at me, and then I just can't replace some files in the live site, this considers deactivating plugins, activating, editing the BP settings, etc all that to update the site. Not useful for me, the new framework is failing after just trying to deactivating plugins! PLEASE HELP and provide a good solution to work with a live site with NO issues!!July 20, 2020 at 1:04 pm #275892Scott LangModeratorYou site is back.We recommend please do not active wplms_plugin now.
Tip: You can deactivate your error providing plugin by just renaming any other name
July 20, 2020 at 6:55 pm #275996kenetorkParticipantBut, this is not helping me to finally update correctly, what is going on with this new version and my website!July 21, 2020 at 11:25 am #276230Scott LangModeratorHi, We will suggest you if you have live site. Then test the 4.0 update on your test site then upgrade into your live site. Also you can report the issues with us. Refer these articles:https://wplms.io/support/article-categories/4-0/ If you want we can upgrade your site with 4.0 just you need to update the theme to 4.0 and let us know.Updating theme to 4.0 does not cause your issue refer this reverting doc:https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/reverting-from-4-0-to-3-x/July 21, 2020 at 6:02 pm #276343kenetorkParticipantThing is, I need my website updated, please do that for my demo site now please, but the problem is that when I will try to migrate,I cent be replacing the entire site, because new students comes in, I will not have them in my dtaabase, and I will be having this breaking issues if I try to do the way you explain, very problematic, what to do?July 22, 2020 at 10:08 am #276622Scott LangModeratorYou can setup 4.0 on test site using our articles :https://wplms.io/support/article-categories/4-0/ Before migrating to main site.July 23, 2020 at 4:55 am #276893kenetorkParticipantThis is not helping me, your upgrade has too many bugs.
