Having followed the documentation diligently, then searched the forums for help on the issue (which I found, but with no PUBLIC reply/response) I am unable to even get the theme to be uploaded despite editing my wpconig file to include define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );
Wordpress returns the error after uploading the file “Something went wrong. The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”
I have sent an email and a post to the publisher however to date NO RESPONSE has been received despite having support included in the purchase and on their wplms.io support forum there is a status “We are Online”.
Truly disappointed and not even been able to use the product.
