    Hi, Students are complaining that whenever they pause, rewind and forward videos, the page  sort of crashes and they would eventually have to sign out, close the browser, and literally start again   Is there something we are missing? We will so much love it if this can be treated as an urgent issue. Thanks

    Okay can you please share the url of the course,unit in which this issue is appearing ,please also share admin credentials in a private reply to check and debug this issue .

    Hi Alex, we now have more students complaining about this issue. We are beginning to think perhaps its due to the distance between the videos and the users causing bad latency experience. Do you know if there is support for Amazon's CDN service so that we can distribute the videos around the world.

    Well im sorry I do not know any kind of CDN service from amazon for s3 videos . Please try contacting amazon's support on this.
