August 14, 2018 at 12:00 pm #172381SuperDaveSpectatorHi there One of our users is experiencing an issue that we can't replicate at this moment in time. When she submits a test (randomised and dynamic) and she clicks "CHECK RESULTS" not all the answers for certain questions appear and they are marked with crosses even if they were correct. A new user was created for her in the meantime that doesn't display this behaviour and the tests and results are showing as they should. If you have any inclination into why certain answers aren't appearing or have any solutions so this won't happen again going forward or at least prevent this type of behaviour occurring?August 16, 2018 at 7:06 am #172536Mark MorganSpectatorI need your url of the course and quiz and user credentials to check this issue at your end. We set 0 marks initially for the user to mark that user has started the quiz then we update the marks later . CAn you please share the course url , name of the quiz where issue is appearing and admin credentials as well as a valid FTP credentials of your new testing site to check the issue at your end . As per your Screen Cast video above we have managed to resolve the problem with Dynamic Question sets working correctly. This is progress. However. we cannot get the results to store correctly in Courses/Results. https://www.dropbox.com/s/cx4jhxr46xxewj0/2019-09-30_22-10-33.MP4?dl=0 Please note in the video the course results in the dashboard is empty /blank. We have taken all your advice. Please help as we have progressed on our own.
