    Hi, How does the media lock feature work? Does the video have to be uploaded to Wordpress, or can it be an embedded YouTube video? I have it enabled, yet students are able to continue to the quiz without clicking 'Play'. Any assistance is appreciated, Michael

    @iprohi Both will work embedded video as well as video which is added with add media button. Make sure you don't have any third-party plugin activated on your site before checking this feature. It could be possible that any third-party plugin is conflicting with the theme code

    Hi Diana, Ok, so no plugins can be installed on the site for this feature to work? Please clarify.

    @iprohi, This feature is working so you need not install any third-party Plugin for this. If you want me to check this issue on your site. I will check this on your site. Please share your admin credentials with site URL in a private reply here. So I will create a test course on your site and will share a video with you
