Hello, I have some issue with course activation after user have buy a WooCommerce product. The issue is that user buy a product, in the product are present the courses, but also if the woocommerce order is complete, course are not active. To fix the issue I I put manually the orders back to "working" and than again "complete" and all the course are activate. ThanksWell when user completes the payment are you checking that the order is completed for the user from wp-admin -> woocommerce -> orders ? The access to courses is released on a woocommerce hook when order gets completed normally . If any plugin or custom script is marking the order status as completed directly into database then this kind of issue might appear . Please tell if this issue appears particularly for a payment method or it happens for all . I tried paypal . I went to purchase the course , went to checkout page , chose paypal , then placed order got redirected to paypal.com . then I abandon the payment , went to wp-admin-> woocommerce -> order -> marked order as complete . When I checked the courses I got the access .Please provide some time to check this up . How would I test the payments without paying and testing it ? Are you sure this is happening to all payment systems ? Im sure it will not happen with direct bank transfer .sorry was busy with your other issue .

Well while checking your other topic I purchased product BASE . and got access to all of the courses related to it . So im now not able to replicate this issue actually . I used coupon code of 100% to check this coz im not authorised to make any payments.I got it. This is also connected to the Make first section free settings . there is a strict check for this which checks only when course connected product is purchased and does not checks for other courses . We will make a quick fix for this by adding a check for other products also . Provide some time for this .
