Hello I would like to ask the following:
- This plugin works only for a specific set of files that are linked to courses / units ( for example video )?
- Does it also work with all media uploaded to wordpress Media folders?
- Does it upload all existing media?
- What happens if we decide to deactivate it?
1 . plugin will work everywhere you can use wplms_s3 shortcode 2 . it will work as embed for these mimetypes : 'image/jpeg' 'image/png' 'image/png' 'video/mp4' 'video/ogg' 'video/webm' 'video/flv' 'audio/mpeg' 'audio/ogg' 'audio/wav' "application/pdf" for mimetypes other than this it will show url of the file . 3 . nope. 4 . the shortcode wplms_s3 will stop working through which you can embed media using it. however the content on amazon s3 remains uploaded as it is .
