phone authentication working not as it should work

Hi i have just install phone auth addon and i have set up all, i can see the button for verify into form, but however if i am going to fill the form and then i am pressing the button for register then i don't have any code by sms, there are 2 button if i am going to click verify phone then it is working, but my question is how can i configure if anyone just filling the form with number and he is not going to click the register button then it should go error to ask the verify phone number first,
