    Pls I needhelpon creating a certificate tmplate: Do i have to manually design this in my own prefered template first? or is their a default one. I will kindly appreciate help with creating any unique template based previous your past request for this, If posssible. Thanks

    Okay, please let me guide you with the steps to get the certificate builder: Certificate builder is an addon, which you find in: Wp-admin > LMS > Add Ons > WPLMS PDF Certificates Refer: http://prntscr.com/ocm38i   After successfully adding the addon, go to Wp-admin > LMS > Certificate template (Create a new template or open existing one in edit mode) At the bottom, you will find the certificate builder.     @Sekielo First, Please update your theme to the latest version. Your theme version is 3.9.3.1 and the latest version of our theme released is 3.9.4. So please update the theme to avoid the un-necessary problems. And the second thing is that, You have not created the certificate template well. So i suggest you to please refer this tutorial and follow all these videos : https://wplms.io/downloads/wplms-pdf-certificates/
