Who deactivated my caching plugins?

Hello, I use Autoptimize and WP Rocket. I had Autoptmize customise my settings. They added critical css and a plugin named Autoptimize Helper. I just saw that my website was slow and noticed that these four plugins were deactivated. The people behond Autoptimize have told me numorous times that their plugin has no effect on chaning or adding css/php. Only WP Rocket. But most pages aren't even cached. Would you please activate my plugins after finished a ticket? Always turn back the settings to how they were. Also, they told me I could never deactivate critical css and Autoptimize helper because code/settings would get lost. (If I understand correctly). Hopefully everything is working again. Note: I'm not mad/angry/annoyed. I just wanted to share this experience and my thoughts on this. Have a great day and thanks for all the help today.
