Create a new course form

Hi, I would like to know if it's possible or will be possible to create a new course form in addition to the existing one. Explaination, some of my teachers would like to add tutorial, and not courses with many parts or else. But actually it's not possible because the existing form not allow this behavior, and also, the theme doesn't anwser to this problem. Regards, Christophe
