I would like to either have the Certificate Validation Results come up on a regular page or have a return to home page link/button or open in a new tab. Please advise.

But the functionlity of certificate validator is to validate the certificate. After validating it will redirect to certificate page.
There is no reason to redirect it to home page
No three is no reason to redirect to the home page, but surely there is all the reason in the world for the user/visitor to return to the site (home page or the page where he came from. It is not game over when they validate a certificate. So I am not asking to redirect, I am asking for a button/link (Return to Home page on the validation page some thing like as illustrated. In fact ideally it should be a regular page. please refer to the image at (this is just an illustration) Remember the person validating the code could also be a potential customer . . . .

made an image to show you what I wanted. It is not what it is. It is just a plain page with no way to return other than using the back button of the browser, the image I uploaded was made as an illustration to show what I wanted. I REPEAT currently it is either the certificate or invalid message, NO MENU/NO BUTTON/NOTHING at all.

It is showing this page because the page is not connected in
WP Admin - WPLMS - Course manager - Fallback certificate page > save changes
Connect this page and check again it will work

Could it be the template for the page, The page is using template "CERTIFICATE" as instructed. I tried the Default Template but obviussly it does not work. So I guess the need is to edit/update the "CERTIFICATE" template.

This is funny as I just checked using proxy from 12 different countries and have no issue accessing it. Please try again, could be a glitch somewhere.

I contacted the service provider and the following is the response from them about the 403 error you have been getting
