Hi, I am facing an issue with the live site. The students are not able to take the second test and shows the second test as complete. So instead of showing start quiz it is showing as check results. When you click check result it does not show any attempted / not attempted questions and shows marks in reverse such as 400/o out of zero. Secondly the times does not say ended like in the first quiz but shows the remaining time. So I verified from the admin panel as well, there was no activity from the student, does not show any submission for the test in the instructor panel as well. So here is how I identify the bug and the problem: student login - timer login shows the complete remaining time https://prnt.sc/t1fl8y - student cannot attempt the test https://prnt.sc/t1fl8y - student cannot see the results details(no attempted and non attempted questions).https://prnt.sc/t1fmbn , unlike in the first testhttps://prnt.sc/t1fndn - marks are shown inverted 400/0 from admin /instructor: - no activity of student in their profile - no activity of the student in instructor panel - no submissions shown in the admin / instructor panel of the course as well SO PLEASE HELP ME as the site is live and it is reflecting badly on the siteThis is really strange the answers are coming pre-marked because, there is saved data in the site. The server is returning marked answers : https://prnt.sc/t1tbl4 This happens when there are un-deleted comments in the system. I am enabling React Quiz in your site to bypass this.just to confirm: 1. did you just enable the react quiz or were there any other settings as well. 2. also do we have to manually moderate the comments or something@ignitehdgd Replying here on behalf of Mr. Vibe
- Enabled React Quizzes and the settings which is required to Check As well like wp-admin > LMS > Settings > Enable Api
I guess now it will work. Did you checked?
Still answers are coming as marked one? even after enabling react quizzes?
Hi, we are still facing similar issues. I have been going back and forth on this but I am not getting a proper solution or even getting to know what the problem is. Please help me fix this as I wanted to purchase more licenses for the other academies but if this is how it is going to work then I am going to have to look somewhere else.I looked and found the results : https://prnt.sc/te1ehs the issue seems to be appearing when there is more than 100 questions set in a quiz and this results in the entry not making into database . We are checking this right now .Would recommend to disable the "react quizzes" for now until we check this issuethe problem is if I disable the react quiz then the students cannot take the test as that is where the actual problem started. Now the issue is the site is live, the issue has not been resolved and I am again stuck. So can you please let me know what can be done as disabling react quiz will again bring a problem like in the begining?Well for the old quizzes without react the this discussion settings must be disabled : https://prnt.sc/tesm99 This is causing the comment going for approval (refer : https://prnt.sc/tesnj0) and hence the quiz is not evaluating for you . Meanwhile we are checking what is going wrong with the react quizzes database entry .The issue with the react quizzes has been fixed we found that a wordpress core function add_metadata was sanitizing the html in the results leading to wordpress database error .so we created our function to insert the results into database.
