V4 layout and course creation module is not working after update 3.9 to 4.
After updating my exiting site 3.9 to 4 the v4 layout and course creation module is not working. Also, global login is not working after tick the global login option in vibe bp
I follow all the steps as per your documents and make changes to the layout. I have done these things on my staging website

please try adding this custom css in your wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css :

okay , I have found out the solution for this , You need to change only this background color:customize>>header: https://prnt.sc/ugx4zv
Because this only working when you are on the top of pah]ge means no scrolling the page,
And for menu item , you can customize your menu according to you,
Goto appearance>>menu and add menu item in your main menu,
