My client tested the quiz made by them and during the test, she figured out that she can not edit fully the quiz, only the content and setting but the question part was not loaded.
I had the same problem on the backend as admin. On wp-admin side I got the following error message after the dynamic quiz setting point:

This is a very strange error and problem and It would be good to know why this happened.
I have made a copy of the course which had this problem.
Please explain me what is the problem and how can we avoid it in the future!

I'm on 3.9.9 and can not move because the react quiz problem still not solved in 4.X.
The custom codes are from your team and your forum, to solve some issues.
And I find the same error in forum from somebody else, it means I'm not the only one how get into this trouble...
I'm really curious what could cause such a problem, what kind of user interaction, to avoid it next time! What could happen to get such behavior?

Please do not come to me with this standard answer to update the last version. Tell me what was the reason of the problem. You should have more knowledge about your system to be able to tell what kind of problem happened in WP-POST array for example... and how to avoid this...

Was it happen because of some wrong data or wrong usage of the system?
Is this mean that after this fix a similar problem can not occur in the future?
well the issue was very strange and might came due to sample import or csv import .
Was the quiz imported or was it imported with sample data?
I'm sure that the instructor could not use the import function and she did not use it.
She just edited the quiz from the frontend changed something in some questions and after that, the editor did not open the full quiz settings only the first half. But in the meantime, the quiz was working...

What did you change to solve the problem?
We added a fallback to check any garbage meta other than we expect .The same is included in plugin update do not worry this would not come again
