    one of my student make registration and completed submitted. But i check in system not found their user email. He try to log in but display email and password not valid. He try other option add product to cart and proceed to billing but when he put the email form display email already registered. How to solved?

    sure @Ada but i still facing log in issue. Need support to solve because received a lot of complaint regarding email and password not valid. Thanks support

    Hi, okay I am closing this topic but You first check if activation mail is being sent or not. Then create a new topic for this issue after checking following settings on your site. goto wp-admin -> lms – > settings -> emails -> email options -> edit activation email template -> check if there is any template there . make sure you have enabled the welcome email setting in registration form.
