How to reset 1 quiz in a course not the entire course

I have a course that has 4 units each with a quiz, A student took Quiz 2 and did not get a passing grade 17/100. how can I reset just quiz 2 not the entire course so she can retake. Also How can I change a students grade - student received a 74 on the quiz but i want to give them bonus points where can i go to change the score for the student? Thank you www.academy4da.com
