Hi, I have problems with the chat plugin.
1) Icons are not seen;
2) If I click on the paper clip to share files, the chat disappears.

There is some other custom css causing this issue .

please try adding this custom css in your wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css :
.fa-commenting-o:before { content: "\f27b" !important; }
About pin icons we will have to debug it .Moving the topic to

for the attachment icon issue please set the storage bucket id in your wp-admin -> lms -> live -> firebase storage bucket :
