Course subscription issue

We have a big problem with course subscription. Since the update we have created user logins and have approved users for the course but when they log in, they get the message "you have not subscribed to any courses". These members have paid for the course and are not happy, which is damaging our reputation. We have ensured all updates are complete and followed advice on other posts on this site, regarding javascript, permalinks etc. but still the problem persists. We also have problems editing quiz questions and adding units and quizzes in the editor. Can you please help, we need to get these issues resolved asap!

Can you please share admin credentials and site url to check this issue at your end . Ps: mark reply as private while sharing the credentials .
