Custom Learning paths not work

I have Custom Learning paths in WPLMS 3.99, but it doesn’t work, you can’t access the boxes when you have already subscribed to the learning path.

These boxes are not accessible, They are just for description about your path.
Like path1 can be when the user completed course get point

I don’t want to know how to install and configure it, but what the user’s experience is.
