An error on launch of Scorm course.
There was an error on Retake of course. After the fix Alex made this started coming and course closed prematurely again

Well as told previously this is not related to our code but the database itself .
Its crashing somehow there , this generally happens when tmp might be full.
Please try increasing the " max_allowed_packet_size " in php confoguration and contact your webhost .

I have checked our limits are more than adequate needed for the purpose.
There is an absolutely huge amount of data with errors causing this

Hi yes we noticed it , there is a huge error generating there , in order to solve this I need to phpmyadmin access there is some entry in usermeta that has gone very huge .Need to check why and how it happened .
