Error on launch of course-New issue

Well i did not do anything and the erorr log stopped building up.Now there is some other error .

Can you check what just happened. The site is completely down with db error now We have not made any changes

When I access your site yesterday it was working fine. today we are getting this error :

As mentioned, we were not facing this error and no further changes made by us. Could you please let me know the fix you made for DB so we can test on a staging environment and then apply when safe to do so please
