Guidelines for creating topics

These are some important guidelines to remember while creating topic. The resolution rate of any topic is related how clearly the question is described.

1. Search for the topic in forums for existing solutions.
2. Write in Points. Make sure all points connected to 1 single issue.
3. For multiple issues create multiple topics.
4. Give us steps to replicate issue.
