New courses in student panel

Hello! Can you help us, please In student panel "Courses" appear courses which student didn't buy (screen 2). On screen you can see: 1 - there are no courses 2 - all courses that can be bought 3 - the button "take this course" is green and have bad visibility and lead us to buy this course The button "Finished Courses Access" is off (screen 4). How can we fix this problem? How can we prevent the appearance courses in student panel that students didn't buy?

Well this can only happen when there is some data is still present which we use to detect if user is added to this course or not . and that can happen in case when you have imported course or  user and their data . So can you please confirm if you have imported date into the site ? Also please check if this is appearing for other users also ?

It is appearing only previously bought courses which are finished with expire. We don't have any imported date into site.

This is strange because "take this course" label is never shown in the my courses page. Please check if mistakenly you have translated the expired course label to take this course label. If the issue persists then please share the site url and the admin credentials with us to check this issue on your site.

Thanks for sharing the credentials, but the credentials you gave me is of different user. And for this user everything looks fine there is no course shown with take this course button on the my courses page. It seems like the issue is only with that particular user. Please share that user credentials also to check the issue for that user.

Can we clear a history of this user?

Yes it can be deleted but it will be a difficult task as you need to run mysql query in the database to clear all the user meta of that particular user. A better and easy way is that you delete this user and create a new user with same username or a different username. When you delete the user the system will ask you to  just delete the user or transfer the user content to some other user, there you can select other user so that the data of that user is saved with other user on the website.
