Print, and Download Certificate does not appear when it was configured in a px

I've been setting a certificate like this: http://prnt.sc/ebei58 But when it appeared not as I expected http://prnt.sc/ebei9i In addition, in the above image is also no option to close, print, download, or create pdf like the example below http://prnt.sc/ebek3z What should I do?

Well please do not write " px " in certificate width and height. Also please import sample certificate templates by following this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/certificate-import-codes/ and try editing them to build your certificate .
