Single Course Menu Modification

Hello! As discussed here, I would like to add/remove certain items from the single course menu. I have tried to find the proper setting inside LMS-->Settings, but was not able to find it. As I also do not understand the last comment: "The course menu is shown on the course page.", I would like to ask for clarification. Would you please be able to let me know where I can add/remove items from the single course menu. Thank you, Urban

In lms->settings, there is the visibility setting which you can set that the users should see the menu or not. Please let me know which items you want to remove and for which user role OR for all users.
