    Hello, After student completes course they are taken to a page where they can view their certificate. It appears in a lightbox which USED to show a print/view pdf icon at the top right. Now the icon is no longer visible and student is unable to view pdf/print. I will post Login details and screenshot in a private response now. Thanks

    This happens if you have not set the certificate width and the height. Please set the certificate width and height in px.
