WPLMS certificate code unable to process

I have installed the Custom WPLMS certificate code. While setting the global certification code pattern, it gives a message unable to process. I am using WPLMS PDF certificates plugin aswell . The codes I am using in the certificate are as below. 1. [certificate_student_name] : Displays Students Name
2. [certificate_course] : Displays Course Name
3. [certificate_student_marks] : Displays Students Marks in Course
6. [certificate_code]: Generates unique code for Student which can be validated from Certificate page.
7. [course_completion_date]: Displays course completion date from course activity. Request to please support to resolve this issue.

hi, make sure you have installed the latest versions of the theme and plugins. and also check that you have activated the vibe shortcodes plugin. if the above doesn't work then please provide proper screenshot/video of the issue that you are facing.

Vibe short code plugin is installed and active. Version is 3.9.8.1. Theme is 3.9.8.1 and all the plugins are updated. Here is the link for the issue I am facing. https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cYfIXBasCR Request to please support to resolve this issue.

hi, yes this was the bug but now it is resolved what you have to do is just update the pdf certificate to the latest plugin and also the vibe course module to 3.9.8.4

You must have seen  while login through wordpress  that all the plugins are updated. vibe course module is already updated to 3.9.8.4.  and still facing this problem.  pdf  certificate version is also 1.9. Still having the same issue, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">please recheck and revert where is the issue? </span>

certificate number 10028-9981-11 or  04-339 when checked from validate certificate widget, it displays error message as "certificate not valid for user". Now for example Certificate number 9896-9271-11 if you try to validate, it will display a certificate. However if you try to find this certificate through certificate code for changing its number , it gives an error message that  " NO CERTIFICATE CODE FOUND" Please look into the matter.  I prefer to say that still there is a bug in coding.
