Dear Sir or Madam I bought WPLMS Learning Management System theme already. Reason why I bought was to create membership website that sell online course using woocommerce payment gateway. I followed documentation, but when I install WPLMS woocommerce membership addon plugin, it's not showing in my website. What am I doing wrong ? Please help me to solve this problem. Are you using multisite ? make sure that vibe course module , woocommerce , woocommerce memberships , and vibe customtypes plugins are installed and activated in your site . I was confused but now I get it . There is another memberhsip plugin that you can integrate wplms with . Its paid memberships pro . Please deactiavate the woocommerce memberships addon plugin . and install paid memberships pro plugin and then follow this tip to use the woocommerce checkout at payment : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/using-woocommerce-checkout-page-with-pmpro-membership/Seems like you have not setup the pmpro plugin properly . pmpro pages were not set at all . I set it . I tried to add the product gold and connected memberhsip level in it but somehow it is not working due to some caching issue . Please clear the cache and try this again . Please also check these steps to link products with membership levels .
- Now go to wp-admin->products->add new and create a new product with the name of the membership, like if you have a membership named as gold then create a product gold membership and select it in the membership setting, refer: http://prntscr.com/bndpxx and publish the product.
- similarly create one product for each membership you have created and make sure its not mandatory to connect any course to these products.
- Now use the PmPro plugin normally and connect the memberships to the courses instead of the products.
- When the user clicks on take this course button she will be redirected to the membership page.
- When the user selects a membership then she will be redirected to the woocommerce checkout page to the corresponding membership product.
- Once the product is purchased, the user will get the access to the course.

- I select package, but it takes me to your cart is empty come to shop again bla bla.

Yes I do faced the same and we need to debug this actually on your setup . Please provide a valid ftp credentials in private reply for this .
