i hope you care with this topic , it's very important to our business
we plan to convert our website to Wordpress MultiSite for many reasons related with our business plan and audiences
i ask you if any known problems when using Wordpress Multisite with WPLMS ?
if you has any recommendations or notes about Multisite , can you assist me
again this is not a topic related to any problem
i test the multisite and i face only small problem we can deal with it , when we disable all plugins and change the theme to default theme
and after re activate the plugins and WPLMS again we found all custom widgets missed
if you have a solution for it this will be good , and if not this is not a big problem and we can solve it
i hope you make this post as a guide for recommendations and considerations and known problems when any one have a plan to convert his website to Multisite

One big thing you should know about multisite is that it will use same database for all multisite setups. So, hosting schools with big number of students can cause scalability issues in future, unless you want to host mysql on Amazon RDS or with Redis with cache memory.
The BuddyPress activates site wide and members directory will show all users in the multisite. Same for Groups. Although you can create member type and group type to categorise based on sub-sites.
For multiple schools, I would recommend using a WP setup for each site, specially for scalability. The multisite would be a good fit where you have a consistent user-base like you want to have different departments of same school.
The vibe course module is a buddypress component and it also activates site wide.

The issue you face is because when you change the theme, the WPLMS theme would reactivate only the required plugins, whereas on setup it will install all the recommended plugins as well. So, plugins like WPLMS Dashboard, Assignments are deactivated when you switch to another theme and come back to WPLMS. So, the widgets defined in these plugins would be removed during the process.

and the second one only for USA
i will use a plugin for redirect users depend on the website
my reason only for that is to be easy for mange and share the plugins and themes
i will wait your final suggestion because you an expert in this situation and you know also your theme functionality

Well multisite have same users table meaning that the users table will remain same for both sites and except that all tables will be different .
However wplms uses the usermeta table a lot .To use wplms on multisite your will have to this addon as well :

all expired students add again as a new fresh student

was made to handle a rare case which may appear in case multisite is big and there are various subsites and its post ids may co-incidentally matches with each other.
This plugin matches each usermeta entry with its subsite on which it was made .
Students are not shown in courses because their usermeta entry which denotes the user in course is missing and adding student again to course makes that matching subsite id with the usermeta table .
This is why the students appear on re-adding them
However you can skip installing this plugin but issue may arise due to rare case of matching post ids of different subsites .

Well its simple you only have to migrate one table in your database named " blog_usermeta_map " .This will do the job for you .
