Hi My website is upgraded to WPLMS 4.0 by you and now the new dashboard is not working properly, i can see the courses in the dashboard and even the pages are not loading, site become very slow , please let me know how to ensure what need to be done to resolve this . do you have child theme also ?

But here no page is loading, even i tried with new user. Also, when changed the login page text to sybgen, it is still showing vibethemes. I dont know why it is happening here. check this nothing is coming in screen:

Call is really not possible. I was trying to replicate the issue as you are reporting and for that, I checked this screenshot in which nothing was there

An issue can be resolved by following only these two ways:
- The solution which is provided by vibestaff and tutorials
- In any case, you still face issue then do share the recording atleast(screen recording), so we can replicate in the same manner
Losing hope is not a solution for anything :)
Use ScreenCast O Matic and share the recording, so I will try the same steps and then will tell you what could be the issue behind this

the plugins and theme are not updated that's why they are causing these issues
so please update the theme and plugins to the latest version
then check the same
We have updated all the plugins and themes , however issue is still there, if you cant resolve the issue, then refund us...we have been struggling to sort this from last one month and till today no solution by wplms team. this is creating business loss, as we are unable to launch our website / LMS. as I have told you that you need to update your theme is updated but the plugins are not.

to getting the auto-updates you need to activate it from here:

once you add the purchase code here http://prntscr.com/u229cl you will be able to get the updates of the plugins
after that run, the setup wizard skip the steps for demos and styling
make sure you have run the directories section in the setup wizard if you are unable to perform the same
then let me know I will set up the things for you
I know most of the issues faced by you in v4 will be solved once you update the plugin
and from now I will make sure that you got the response asap in this matter
if you are unable to update the plugins with purchase code then also provide the purchase code in private reply I will check further but don't lose the hope at least as your site design is really good!

I have tried to update the plugins from FTP but it renders the issues
if you have Cpanel the share I will check the same with Cpanel
another method is:
download the latest version from here:
vibebp latest plugin zip:

change the XXX with your purchase code.
delete the current plugin vibebp and wplms from your site and upload this latest one.
and then check the issue
it will resolved
