The navigation / pagination is not working on the forum pages - clicking them or the nav arrows does not take the user to the respective page, only reloads the forum's home page (though the page number appears in the address bar, which is strange). However, I really wish that you would read more than one comment up... My original issue was that the Forum Navigation was not working. Then I was told to update, in order to remedy that. Which didn't work. Along the way, with the update, came other issues I added comments about. However, the original issue - Forum Navigation (or the lack thereof) still stands. Try clicking on any of the page numbers/nav arrows on the Leadership Lab forum, and please get back to me. I checked your site and some of the settings but could not be able to detect the issue . Can you please try contacting the bbpress or buddypress support for this ?February 10, 2016 at 6:31 pm #27459deeharmanParticipantI was under the impression that the theme support would include the functionality of any associated plugins which are integrated into the system? After many months of trying to solve this, I would prefer not to be sent searching to third party... I am sorry to say this, but I feel like no one is even trying to help me. Am I imagining this? I cannot point to a single instance during this support effort, where someone actually went in and did something (anything) substantial, tangible, at all, to remedy my issues. Extremely frustrating. I haven't experienced anything like this with any of the other themes I work with. Usually they are quick and eager to assist! I am not sure what you mean with regards to unable to replicate the issue at your test site, but when I first contacted you, you clearly saw that the pagination nav was not working. As per your original reply, via email: "Hi, Thank you for contacting us. I checked your site with the issues mentioned above and yes the pagination is not working. I would request you to please create a support topic here, for tracking purposes : https://wplms.io/support/forums/"..." I can replicate the error each time I try to use the site. I have attached screenshots. They show the forum page, then a screen of what happens when I click on page 2, and page 5; As you can see, the path changes in the address bar, but the pagination link and the page displayed do not change at all. Might you be able to actually assist with this? It hasn't worked since the very first installation, and I have been very patient. Now, I am running out of time - I have a meeting with my client where I must showcase this first thing Friday morning (Toronto time) and would love to be able not to embarrass myself. I am hoping you can appreciate my frustration. I would love to develop a better relationship with your support system. If I need to purchase some sort of extended package to achieve this, please let me know what your policy is. I just feel like I am not being supported at all.
