2 sites same course database

Hi! I have a wordpress site running the wplms theme. At the site people can buy course for a one time fee and in turn have unlimited acces. Now I want to run a sort of mirror site where i want to run a subscription based model. I want this site to load the same courses as on my main site and want it to fetch new courses when i update my main site. Also it would be great if i could make a selection on this site of which course are shown and which are not. I was wondering if something like this is possible and if there is some sort of tutorial on how to fix this! Love to hear from you! kind regards
