Hi, The Account Activation Email using the WPLMS Email Template does not work. I suspect this is because of the email migration to BuddyPress (BP). The BP Account Activation email works only in plain text, but the html does not work, including the BP Email Customization. BP emails can only be sent in boring, simple, single-line plain text, which looks like an unprofessional spam email. The BP email is not even received in the receiver's inbox if the plain text alternative is not provided. The Password Reset Email using the WPLMS Email Template works very well. I'm disappointed one email works and the others don't. How can this be resolved quickly? Thanks and rgds, Nealda

To add to this issue, of course if the HTML is disabled in the LMS Email settings, then the BuddyPress (BP) emails will come through beautifully in HTML. But the problem is then the Password Reset configured with the LMS Email Template will not work in HTML. It seems BP does not have a Password Reset email. This issue can be resolved if BP emails can be created for Password Reset and all other TouchPoint email notifications. We shouldn't have to run one email with LMS Email Template and others using BP Emails. All services should be seamless synchronised. Hope you can help resolve this frustration. Thanks and rgds, Nealda

Well yes as of now there is no solution send the forgot password emails in html format as after disabling the wplms emails ,all the emails are sent via buddypress and Buddypress does not modify the wordpress forget password email . This has been  added to issue log . https://trello.com/c/oFDwokWw
