Activation email issues

Hi, Users have reported two issues with activation email 1) On registering they receive actiivation email but when they click on it all that is displayed is No input file specified 2) When i resend the activation email, it works but then the activation text box on the page is empty, I believe it needs to be prepopulated per below?   https://buddypress.org/support/topic/buddypress-3-1-0-is-now-available/ can you please check and confirm thanks

please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins specially vibe course module plugin is updated to latest version 3.8  .
