Activity date/timestamp error

Hello, There's a problem with the date/time zone conversion of activities related to WPLMS in the admin panel. Sometimes it converts only the time, not the calendar date itself. For example:

• My region is GMT-3 and my local timedate is 4-AUG-19 22:04

• A student triggered the event "submit_course" at this time. If you check the buddypress "bp_activity" table, the field "date_recorded" is for this event is "2019-08-05 01:04:14". Clearly it is recorded in GMT time. As it's 3 hours forward, it's recorded as 5-AUG-19 (next calendar day).

• Although, in my ACTIVITY inside the admin panel, the recorded datetime is "5-AUG-19 22:04".... it's the correct local time but on the wrong day!!!

I think it's a bug. Please advise. Best regards, Rodrigo

It may be a bug. Please help me to understand and check this error. Please tell me how can I check this error, also tell me this is happening only for submit course action or for all?

Second this. Just upgrade to v3.9.5 and in Admin>Activity, date stamp is wrong. Time stamp is probably correct as it is flowing nicely but the date is just somehow stuck. I will screenshot when I have the chance. I don't think I see this Activities date/time stamp problem on v3.7. Fyi.

Please share specific activity and admin credentials with site URL in private. So that I can check your issue. Some of the activities are custom and some from BuddyPress so we will have to check for the exact activity. also, a video or screenshot will be helpful for us. thank you.
