Add a checkbox in contact form

Hi, I need to add a checkbox at the end of Contact form. The message “I authorize to collect my data according to privacy policy” must have also a link to privacy policy. Please suggest me how to do.

Hi, In form shortcode we do not have any checkbox field yet, the available fields are : http://prntscr.com/germta The form shortcode is created assuming the user will fill out a form to contact the website, the terms and condition page is required while registering in a website.

Hi, Italian law requires to accept privacy policy, otherwise is not possible to submit personal data. Using a plugin instead of form shortcode is it possible to add checkbox field?

Hi, Right now we do not have any checkbox field there as no user requested this. Please create a feature request in our feature request forum we'll add this field in our next update of wplms.
