Adding a link forum button to sidebar

Hi, we want to add a button to sidebar (under course page) and link with batch forum. How we can dynamically generate a link to current batch forum (or if there is not batches link with lined forum). What should I put instead {{link_forum}}? NEED HELP? VISIT FORUM Many thanks. TK

The batch forum link is only shown on the batch/group page. On course page only the course forum is shown, refer: http://prntscr.com/eun8st

Is there a way to add batch forum button to the sidebar on course page? Shortcode maybe?
