March 31, 2020 at 4:16 am #248072anabolictechnologyParticipantHello, Everytime I add a new course current membership students are unable to see the new course. If I make a new user than they are able to see the new course. Is this a sync issue? Everytime I need to add a new course, Do I need to sync all of my members to make sure they have access? If so, how do I do this?March 31, 2020 at 4:18 am #248073anabolictechnologyParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.March 31, 2020 at 2:23 pm #248172JacksonBlockedsorry to say i did not understand the issue. please share a video for better understanding the issue and to replicate this at my end. waiting for reply.March 31, 2020 at 2:52 pm #248187anabolictechnologyParticipantHere is a detailed video: http://somup.com/cYew2K1ZL2April 1, 2020 at 10:53 am #248349DianaParticipantThanks for sharing the video. It really helps me a lot to understand what exactly the issue is? So you are facing issues that the "My Courses" Tab is not showing the courses. Let me explain here, we are recording activities for each action and on the basis of those recorded activities we are fetching the data. In your case, you created a new course. But "My Courses" tab supposed to show only those courses in which the currently logged in user is enrolled. So user has to click on start course, after that he will become a part of the course(activity will be recorded) and the "My Courses" Tab will show that course as well. You can check your course which is already visible under that tab for referenceApril 1, 2020 at 12:31 pm #248366anabolictechnologyParticipantThis is not true. I showed you in my 7 minute video when a new student logs in for the first time they can see all of their courses wether “enrolled” in or not under my courses. How can old students see new updated courses? This contradicts what you are saying. This also doesn’t answer my question. This is a huge concern. Please help! How do old student find new added courses to their membership? Please escalate this ticket and share my video. Please. Please.April 1, 2020 at 2:08 pm #248401anabolictechnologyParticipantWhats the tab to see all the courses then for old members? PLease help. I need to get this resolved. I really cant wait another day.April 1, 2020 at 11:57 pm #248483anabolictechnologyParticipantCan this be done with a cron job? Or is this what the "functions" tab in the LMS settings is for? Please can you work with your full support team to provide the solution this time? It really is frustrating that we have to wait another full day to get an answer. Please watch the video: http://somup.com/cYew2K1ZL2 ThanksApril 2, 2020 at 8:18 pm #248638DianaParticipantYour issue is as explained in the video above. The new Membership Plans will not be visible to any student. But when you create a new user that newly created membership plan will be assigned to the newly created user. But what about existing users. They are not able to access the new membership plan courses One way is to assign membership plans to users manually. But this is not feasible because you have a lot of users on your site So I would recommend to connect your product with membership plan and connect that product with course as well. make sure the course should be associated with the product too. So Whenever a user will click on take this course. He will actually purchase the product with which your membership plan is associated and the existing users can also took advantage of those plansApril 3, 2020 at 3:40 pm #248813anabolictechnologyParticipantOk, Now I understand and get it. I made a video to show you how I figured it out. My question is how do we add that course somewhere on the dashboard so they know to even click on the course and find it. Or else no one would ever know that a new course is there. Here is a video to better explain my question: http://somup.com/cYfeoB1afa PS. in the video you saw this error above the start course. How do we fix that error? Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/richiecontartesi/public_html/relentlessmentors.com/wp-content/plugins/wplms-woocommerce-memberships/classes/wplms-wm.class.php on line 70April 5, 2020 at 3:56 am #249094anabolictechnologyParticipantCan you please get back to me?April 5, 2020 at 7:51 pm #249163anabolictechnologyParticipantI believe I finally solved the problem. Could you login using the logins provided above to make sure it is setup correctly? It seems to be the only way to set this up. it would be nice if it would appear in my courses though. I look forward to hearing back.April 6, 2020 at 7:58 pm #249431DianaParticipantWe can't show newly published courses here in "My courses" Tab: http://prntscr.com/rua3em and not even in Instructing Tab and I already explained that, becasue these two tabs show the courses in which user is enrolled and the courses in which the user is an instructor respectively. So all the newly published courses can be seen in course directory, And the order should be set as "Newly Published" refer: http://prntscr.com/rua50s And here you already added the link, so users can easily find the courses: http://prntscr.com/rua641 I think I already answered in one of your topic about the warningApril 6, 2020 at 8:10 pm #249439anabolictechnologyParticipantGot it. I solved the issue. Thanks.April 7, 2020 at 5:01 am #249480DianaParticipant@anabolictechnology Thanks for confirming. Closing the topic
