Adding Register Link To Sleek Header Menu

Hi, I switched my header to the Sleek header but there is no register link.  Just the profile link, cart and login but no register. How can we customize those links and add/remove what we need for other headers other than the default including the sleek header? Thank you.

I would still like to know how to add links to that section of the header where the login link is.  I still want to add a separate "register" link and then have it go away when people register.  Just like with the default header basically.

This is not available but you can add the register menu in the menu itself, go to wp-admin->appearance->menus->buddypress->select register and add to the menu, refer: http://prntscr.com/bfqhbp
