    I know this is BuddyPress issue but its important I think for Security reasons that we can do the following:- (1) How to we make Admins not visible in message widgets (2) Members list (3) Member Activity lists PLEASE can some explain what I can do about this.

    This is not possible as of now. Please use some third party plugin for this.

    I have  searched and searched and cannot find anything. Do you have a recommendation as I am sure you agree this is a major oversite.

    Sorry, there is no such plugin to my knowledge, you can google for this and also search the buddypress forums, like: https://buddypress.org/support/topic/hide-admin/
