All Courses page shows only one course. In the past I solved the same problem using some jquery as per your suggestion but now the same solution does not work anymore. It is very bad since it is the first page the registered user see.

you are using version 4 right? with wplms_plugin and vibebp plugin
Then your course directory layout should be set as blank from wp-admin > appearance > Customize > Layouts > Directory Layout
And also make sure all the courses should be published only then the courses will be visible in the directory

make sure that you have updated to the latest version of theme and plugins
and also check if you are able to see the course layout and course card in the vibebp section or not.
rerun the setup wizard and skip all the step except the directories one just run the only directories step and then check the same
also, make sure that you have enabled the elementor latest version

I cannot deactivate VibeCourseModule, cause I would not see the course page and I could not deactivate WPLMS Front End or the entire website would crash.
Inside of the dashboard I don't see a way (a button) to run the set-up wizard.
Is it possible to solve the problem without migrating to 4.0? It looks like it has too many issues now.

please make sure that you have followed the tip properly
NOTE: we never suggest any user go for such a big update on the running site with live users
if you have live users on your site with a running course then I suggest you please first implement the same on the testing site and update the same on the running site.
you can create a staging/testing site and can perform the update there then apply the changes on your live site
never forgot to take the backup of your live site before making changes.
NOTE: if you run the setup wizard it will automatically make changes according to its need
but if you want to apply the styling of your present site skip the steps regarding the styling/demo.
To be honest last time I tried to switch off the old plugin and to switch on the new all site crashed. Create a staging site (which is going to be fundamentally different) is not going to help in understanding what went wrong. At the moment even if I switch off one of the old or one of the new the website start behaving bad like not able to open courses or things like that.

Yes I installed 4.085 WPLMS but then...
If I deactivate the WPLMS front end plugin it trigger a fatal error and both the sites are down.
Then I shut down all plugins except old version but as it is I cannot see my courses anymore. If I activate course Vibe Course module it says I can't do because of he fatal error. So I end up reactivating all plugins since is the only way the website could work, with issues but it works.
Am I the only one with the entire website crashing if I try the update?

1 . are both sites are individual sites or its a multisite or are you using Wpml plugin ?
