All Instructors Page

I have a number of instructors that I created content for on the 'All Instructors' page. When I click the 'View Page' button there is nothing. I created it using the WP Editor for the All Instructors page. It includes images and content. I looked up a reference that said to upload the all-instructors.php file into the Child Theme, but that doesn't make a difference, either. Is there another area that I should put the instructor information in so that it shows up? Do you have any documentation or video that gives simple instructions for this? These are not active instructors. They created the courses we feature, but are not involved with student interactions. We deliver the courses via video only.
