Hi After updating my theme and plugins all quizzes do not work anymore. Most of the time they do not start or do not restart. Also questions in lessons do not start anymore. I checked all settings but everything is fine! Please help very urgently.!! All quizzes are not working, course module is not working. If I change form one lesson to another the green bar is not following. Use course: Geldflussrechnung Also to mention is, that everything was working fine before the theme update. We have clients on the platform and need very urgent help otherwise we lose very important customers!!!! It is key for us that everything is working. We will present our work in some day to a wider audience. Please I need a very soon fix of the problem!!!! I also contact wpbakery support but your support is key!Hi More details what is not working:
- all questions do not work, no matter in which mode I work (admin, teacher, student)
I enabled again: unit slug, direct link to completed units and hide finish course button. After this I can enter the units and mega addons do work properly. Also h5p is showing up again. Still no questions are working!!
It has to do with the course plugin and your latest update. Before I could work with no problem. Is it possible to undo your latest update?
Hi Now I received an answer form mega addons for wpbakery. I followed his advice:- delete plugin
- install plugin again with wp and turn off stats counter
Hi I do not understand your explanation. I was working for just a year with mega addons and all was working fine. It is more your update which is now interfearing with the addon. You have to provide me with much more details that I can contact the addon support because I do not know what kind of problem are there with your course module. You granted with your theme that it is wpbakery compatible. Now you say different. I feel very helpless. I can not work without mega addon. I need this features. I did a lot of work with it in my courses!!!!!!!!!! All the work for nothing.Well I have already shared this video as a proof : http://somup.com/cq1h2EnJ6M That some of the third party plugins maybe its visual composer itself is causing the issues with the quizzes . with each ajax call these files are also called : http://prntscr.com/nygh5o and once these two scripts js_composer_front.min.js and waypoints.min.js finish loading they generate this javascript error : http://prntscr.com/nygjx7 and this error generated by mega-addons : http://prntscr.com/nygke9 So, did you see anything related to our scripts ? I guess these are called by js_composer or its addon to make it ajax compatible. I can understand your situation but the error is not related to our scripts but third party plugins . We have not changed anything in the code regarding the quizzes .you can check the changelog.txt of each of our plugin . the issue not at all related to wplms update . Its something broke with your VC or its addons you are using .
